Excellent Service

Your packing was (as usual) excellent. I think it was 'Mel' who contacted me about there being a slight manufacturing fault on the front lip of the cup. This is so small as to be of no consequence to me at all, and all absolutely fine. Nothing to do with you, but just Denby's design, I've never had this 'cup' design before and I find it very comfortable , both to hold and drink from. All very good, Thank you. Mike Boxall
