Very helpful on the phone, very patient with me checking I’d ordered the right cup! It arrived in a week and well packed. Excellent go to for filling the gaps in your china collection! Also tell you the details of the condition of the piece, as in gold rim a bit faded in places, which was fine because the one I have is faded too:)
