It is smaller than I thought - it would be easier as a customer if the size of the teapot was given in inches/centimetres, not just what it can hold. I remember you did this with teacups, and it helped enormously to identify which one I wanted.

Thank you for your feedback. It is quite difficult to show all the measurements clearly on the website so we tend to go by the Manufacturers standard which is the capacity of the teapot. If you are are unsure of the size of an item in the future we can always get the item from the warehouse and give you measurements.
