Good,because of damaged items, but quickley repplaced

Recommended. The service was fast and accurate, but they need to improve packing protocols. My Japanese penfriend (a post office worker) says you must assume the package will be thrown and dropped - even when labelled fragile. Thhe replacements for the damaged items was very quick.
