I wouldn't use Chinasearch again

I tried the Denby website for the replacement bowl I needed, which said it was out of stock and I could register to be emailed when it was available. I did this, as it involved no prior payment and no commitment to purchase if I found one somewhere else in the meantime. I then tried Chinasearch, and the site said the bowl was available, which I took to mean they had some in stock. Despite taking my payment immediately, in fact they couldn't supply it but added me to the Denby waiting list (which I was already on). About a month later, on the same day I received an email from Denby saying the bowl was now available, and one from Chinasearch saying it was being despatched (by Denby). I find this very misleading, and sharp practice to take my money without being able to supply the item.

Thank you for your feedback. We do allow customers to order items from complete ranges and when items need to be ordered from the manufacturer we try and make it clear through the checkout process. When we receive the stock we check it and dispatch from our warehouse in Kenilworth. Sorry that this has not worked out for you on this occasion.
