I am based in Australia and needed quite a few pieces to complete a dinner service that I was told locally (and confidently) was long out of production. I searched worldwide and identified ChinaSearch UK. I was hesitant to place an expensive order 'on faith', however I relied upon my initial impressions. Sure, it took some (reasonable) time to fulfil my custom order request, but ChinaSearch were fantastic throughout. Updates - A1. Customer contact - timely and appropriate.
