We are sorry that you have not enjoyed receiving your parcel from us. We do use newspaper, both printed and white offcuts, as well other paper and card packaging products. We have found newspaper it to be the ultimate packing material for sending ceramic tableware around the world. We very rarely get breakages and hope that it is easy to dispose of the packaging we use in a way that’s kind to the environment, regardless of where the final delivery is.We do also try and reduce our waste by recycling and reusing packaging.
