Happy with service provided by Chinasearch.

I ordered a cup and saucer from Chinasearch that was to be in good condition. I later received a phone call to say that unfortunately the cup wasn't in as good condition after all and I was offered another with a small chip in the rim but it was fully glazed. I accepted this cup and was offered a sizeable refund. I was really pleased that I was contacted and given the option to cancel my order or to accept another item. The cup and saucer arrived in really good packaging and I am very happy with them.
