Excellent service - will use again to complete my tea service!

Didn’t expect to get contacted so soon after I left a request on their website for a couple of items I was looking for. I was contacted by phone to say they had them in, I was told the price and condition of the China and it arrived, carefully packaged (in lots of rolled up newspaper - no plastic pub le wrap) about a week later.
