Out of Production

My dinner service has been out of production for many years, but every now and again I need a piece replacing. China search have my details. It sometimes takes a little while, but eventually they manage to locate what I require. They then notify me, and I have the choice whether to purchase it. At this stage, on my confirmation of wishing to purchase the item, it is promptly despatched.
