After years of searching for my Royal Albert Highland Thistle pattern, I was delighted when I was notified you had received the teapot and milk jug. Ended up buying them and a cream jug and two-tier plate stand too. Will send another email toy as I now would like to have another plate stand and sugar bowl. A big thanks to everyone especially Jane and Kaye. Fed Ex certainly sent me lots of information as the delivery was promised on a certain date and then the next day I would get another date. Next time I know that when it gets to Montrose Tasmania, I can really believe the date it will be delivered as it is about 45 minutes from my home. As my house is on a busy road, if I was not going to be home, I made arrangements for my neighbour, sister or other friends to be here. FedEx man was very courteous to my sister. Your packaging was excellent too. Thanks again for your perseverance on my behalf over the years.
