Excellent service. I was contacted to say they had a teapot in stock which I had asked them to get. Yes I ordered it on line.

The teapot was in excellent condition. The parcel was beautifully wrapped. I was emailed when the parcel left their warehouse and given the name of the courier. They are a very efficient firm . Extremely well organised and so helpful.
