I have been having a disastrous plate breaking time in the last few months. China search has sourced replacements, telephoned when they had the plates in stock, I paid over the telephone and the plates were delivered very quickly. I have had this same excellent service on two occasions.

The different standard of plate was explained clearly and with this knowledge I could choose wether to accept it or not. Delighted.
