Good communication and excellent value

Good communication and great value: I ordered a new Villeroy and Boch item which had to be imported from Germany. It arrived in about 2 weeks (which was far faster than I expected). The total cost including shipping was very reasonable, far better than if I had bought it direct from the manufacturer myself.
