I ordered replacement Wedgwood much loved Mugs I had for a gift 20 years ago from my now deceased Mum. The order was acknowledged and they arrived when they said they were due. I was thanked in a kindly way as if personal, and even though I had a little problem the item was replaced without any stress, so efficient kind personal . Can’t fault them in any way.
