Excellent Customer service team

Initially in Jan 2021 I had placed the order for the Wedgwood cuckoo tea cups, but was advised that they would need to place an order with Wedgwood for it and might take 4 to 6 weeks. based on this, I cancelled the order. However, on checking recently noted that those stocks arrived and I re-ordered those teacups and they promptly shipped it and i received the teacups with no damage within 4 days. Excellent customer service and very frank and transperent.
