On the original e-mail I got it showed 9 1/2" plates. The plates I got were the 11 1/2" version. Nowhere did it say when I ordered them that they were not the plate size shown in the original e-mail. Then to make it worse Chinasearch wanted me to pay to return the plates. Mis-leading and false sales material very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. When we sent the email the 9 1/2" plates were in stock. These were no longer available when you placed your order a couple of days later. The order conformation email would have shown that you ordered the 11 1/2" plates. Sorry for any misunderstanding, you are welcome to return these items as previously offered.
