Fast turnaround and product arrived as shown/described

The bowl I needed was (surprisingly as old-ish and not particularly special M&S set) in stock and it arrive a few days later. It was very well packaged and bowl was exactly as shown and described. Fast & efficient service for minimal effort. What more could you want in this scenario. I will be using again and have set up searches for a couple of other items.
