better description and pictures of item needed. delivery seemed via US which was strange.
Royal Albert Lady Carlyle Sugar Bowl - Open (Coffee)
It had several small marks, fairly clear as on white areas, some of which seemed to be gold paint. perhaps it was originally a sample. I don't know if anyone would bother to fake something like this.
