I can only find praise for the customer service.

I was impressed by the speedy and professional service even if due to a small oversight, the order didn't work out in the end. After placing my order I was contacted by mail and phone!! The person dealing with my order was forthcoming and very friendly. The error in the shipment was compensated with repayment of the purchase price!!
