An excellent service

I have come to Chinasearch on a few occasions to replace broken or lost items of Denby Ode, most recently a milk jug. On every occasion Chinasearch have successfully located what I wanted, sometimes immediately, sometimes it has taken longer, and the replacement pieces have been sent well packed to me. So an excellent service; my only suggestion would be that it would be reassuring, when it takes a long time to locate a replacement piece, to receive an e-mail from time to time (say quarterly) letting me know that Chinasearch are still looking and I haven't been forgotten
