Well organised Website, easy to view and order items. Excellent Customer Service in that they acknowledged my order, advised me of a production delay and delivery delay in a timely manner. Polite and courteous emails. I would like to add that I placed my order in December just before everything went into lockdown. I expected delays and was reassured that my order would be processed as soon as possible.
