Service, once my choices had been made, was excellent; quick and efficient; it could not have been better. However I found the website rather puzzling and was not sure what some of the symbols etc. meant. Some explanation, as part of an introduction to Chinasearch, would have been welcome.

The items bought were exactly as described and have perfectly matched the rest of the china I already have. Finding a really good match is quite difficult as there are several variations that are very similar but not quite perfect.
