A Very Happy Customer

I ordered a Portmeirion mug from Chinasearch. They are very difficult to find as they have been discontinued but I discovered one on their website. It had red flowers and I placed an order. A very helpful lady contacted me to tell me that this was a mistake and the flowers were actually pink. I told her I was happy to have any colour and please to keep an eye out for any more of these mugs and let me know. She promised to do so and said she would send out my order that day which she did. It was brilliantly packed. Great service!
