Brilliant! I put in a request for china bowls I was missing after a breakage and even several weeks later they rang me as soon as some arrived. They parcelled them up extremely carefully and they duly arrived in perfect condition. I have used this service before and will definitely use them again to fill in any gaps in my dinner service.
