Found me a replacement teapot that I had been looking for for years.

I contacted Chinasearch several years ago when I broke my precious teapot, a pattern that had been discontinued for a long time. I gave my contact details in case they should get a teapot in the future and then forgot about it. The other day the very efficient and friendly Kaye from Chinasearch called me and said she had a teapot in the pattern and size I had been looking for and that it was in good condition. I said I would love to have it, paid over the phone and received it 24 hours later and it was perfect. I'm thrilled. This is a terrific service.
