the service was fine but the costing causes me some doubts about using Chinasearch again. I presume i paid UK VAT but I once again had to pay it here in Switzerland. Why not deduct the UK VAT from my purchase?

Thank you for your feedback. You have not paid UK VAT on this order. As you were buying new china and it was being sent to Switzerland the website then shows the price you pay, which does not include UK VAT.
