Amazing Service... and exceptional products...

I have had a wonderful experience with China search. Almost 2 years ago, I put in a request by email for a particular teapot I was searching for. It was a "last ditch" attempt, I really didn't expect a response. I had forgotten entirely that I had ever submitted the request. Imagine my surprise when I received a call 2 years later asking if I was still interested?!! Which of course I was!. And then the product arrived, absolutely delighting my Mom, who had now idea it was second hand! But who has been watching her broken teapot for many years with sadness. To find the replacement, in such wonderful condition and that has brought such a smile to her face, (as the first was a wedding gift over 41 years ago, and I unfortunately broke the lid while washing up 20 years ago!).. I am forever grateful. This is a wonderful site... I'm very glad to be a customer and patron of it. Thank you so much.
