Jane Kennan was excellent. I was sourcing a replacement Wedgwood bowl but the photo of it on your website and Wedgwood‘s did not match up. One of your buyers contacted Wedgwood for clarification but Wedgwood were unresponsive. Jane rang me to report back when she said she would even though she didn’t have news at that time. I felt looked after. Ultimately the bowl was ordered from Wedgwood and Jane checked that it was the bowl I wanted (as opposed to the one pictured on the Wedgwood website but with the same description). As a result, I have the replacement bowl I wanted and both companies now have the correct photo on their respective websites. Jane could not have been more helpful for what was, on any showing, a modest purchase. But as we know, the joy of Chinasearch is being able to replace broken pieces from a set of crockery.
