Good Service

Customer service was good. They had one item I wanted to match an old tea set which belonged to my grandma. On delivery I found that it was a 'new' design, possibly a second run of the pattern so actually didn't match. I contacted them & was able to return this & obtain a refund. They hold a list of this & other items I hope I would find their service standard good in the future based on my recent experience.
