Great service with a personal touch

I had been looking for a particular butter dish for several years and was delighted to get an email when one became available. I bought it immediately and then had a cheerful email exchange. The personal touch added to my enjoyment when the butter dish arrived, immaculately packed & in pristine condition, a few days later.
