One of the best things the company did was to let me know right at the get-go that it could take a while. That sounds funny, I know, but some people expect things "immediately." Another is the simple pleasant demeanor displayed in e-mails. I would definitely recommend Chinasearch to anyone who is looking for something specific because I believe Chinasearch would find it. Great experience!
