Prompt service well packaged. However one of the bread and butter plates is much lighter colour than the others and is a 'second' which I did not expect. Nevertheless it has made my set complete again.

Thank you for your feedback. If an item is a factory marked second it would be graded as good rather than very good condition. If a pattern has been made over a long period of time sometimes there can be slight colour differences if they are from different production runs. We are always happy to have items back and and see if we have or can find a better match to yours.
