I have bought several items from Chinasearch since I first discovered them a few years ago. The items are always extremely well packed and arrive quickly. This time I had a problem with one of the items, but after contacting customer services my problem was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.
Noritake Marlfield Dinner Plate
The plate had scratches on the back which appeared to have been done by a knife (not a cutlery knife) and as the scratches looked as though they might join up I was concerned that the plate might break when used. I had bought it as a "good condition" item so I contacted customer services who very quickly replaced it.
