Honest and thoughtful service from the Chinasearch team resulted in items that had been required for some time but had not been visible to me anywhere before asking them to source them - they arrived well-cosseted and in good order more quickly than expected in current circumstances.

These saucers were meant to be perfect but on packing at Chinasearch they turned out to be 'imperfects' ; this was advised by telephone and agreed that a lower price would be charged - a refund into my credit card account account arrived accordingly and before the package.
