A disappointing end to my China search

The packaging used to send a plate from the UK to Australia was woefully inadequate, resulting in my purchase arriving in pieces.

Thank you for the photos. We can see that this was not the correct size box that we would normally use to send a plate to Australia. It should have been larger and stronger with more packaging to enable it to withstand the long journey. We have now put measures in place so that this does not happen again. We do not have another plate in stock that we can send as a replacement so we will refund you for this order. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
