Online ordering was easy. However, in my first contact with Chinasearch (Email dated 7th January), I did mention that I wanted to order Moss Ross T432. I thought this is what I was ordering when I did my online order, but the plates I received were indeed Moss Rose but not T432, which was a disappointment. However, the plates were acceptable.

Thank you for your feedback. If a pattern has been produced over a long period of time the backstamps can vary. It would result in a very large stocklist if we listed them all separately. We were not aware at the time that this number was significant as we have always listed and known this pattern as just Moss Rose.
