Good and professional service.

My old mugs showed tea stains as the glazing was clearly worn. So far these mugs are not holding tea stains so all is well. The very top outer edge of the mug does feel slightly rough as if there is no glazing, possibly because they have been stood upside down after dipping in the glazing before firing. My previous two sets (from other sources) did not exhibit this effect. Hopefully, like the service, these mugs will be good long term. Thank you.
