They were friendly and helpful on the telephone giving useful advice. The package arrived earlier than expected knowing it was around the Christmas holidays and the goods were thoroughly packed. I would certainly use them again.

Superb service from the staff. Originally requested mugs but forgot that at the time of manufacture mugs were not made with tea services. We were asked to check the measurements before ordering so as not to be disappointed. They are ideal for us as my husband rarely drinks a full cup of any drink and I will just refill my lovely ‘coffee can’ more frequently - problem solved!
