Excellent customer service.

I ordered 2 teacup saucers, 1plain white and 1 patterned to fit the same tea set. When they arrived 1 was correct, but the other the cup did not fit into the indentation. I emailed Chinasearch and explained the problem and they immediately sent me the correct saucer. I did not have to return the wrong saucer. Thanks Chinasearch for such good customer service.
