Excellent service and highly recommended!

I found the whole process of ordering replacement plates for our dinner service so easy. I was kept informed by email about the order status. The items were advertised as being in very good condition and on arrival I found them to be perfect! I was very impressed with the packaging and very pleased to note that no plastic was used, just good old-fashioned crumpled newspaper which protected the plates perfectly and went straight into the recycling when I had removed the plates from the box. Excellent service!
