I think your service is generally good but of the two saucers you sent me, one had a plain edge and the other had a wavy edge.... I’d asked for plain. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back, but now you’ve asked!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear we sent you 2 different saucers. We will get another plain edge saucer sent out to you. Please keep the incorrect one as a spare. Colours can slightly vary from batch to batch especially if a pattern was made over a long period of time like this one.

Because they were different from each other...one had a plain edge, the other had a wavy edge and the depth of colour was different.
