My request for further information & description of the pieces was handled quickly & thoroughly. The delivery came well within the time estimated, in time for Christmas, and I was advised as to the progress. When there was a hold up at our Canadian Customs, I was promptly informed, and since I was out of the country, was able to make alternate arrangements. The items arrived in perfect condition.
