I contacted Chiansearch to see why the delivery was taking so long, it turned out they sent the package straight out, but ParcelForce didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver! Kaye Hughes at Chinasearch was very prompt and helpful. The wraping was very good with no chance of any breakages. I will use Chinasearch again and recommend them to friends. Parcel Force is another matter.
