Tenacious searching, efficient service, satisfied customer!

I placed several 'search orders' a while ago. Since then Chinasearch have continued to search and have provided me with all but two of the items requested. Last month, Mel contacted me to say another item had been located, possibly two, if I wanted them both. Mel was willing to wait a couple of days for my decision since I was in the middle of a family wedding. Once I had notified Mel of my decision, she clearly explained the delivery process, following up with email confirmation and the delivery was made to a very satisfied customer.
