They are efficient and pack things beautifully. The service is also speedy. I do wish they had been willing to purchase some Denby Cottage Blue items we offered them some months ago though!
Denby Cotswold Cream Jug
I don't really like the brown, nobbly effect any longer - it is 46 years since I first bought the set. However, I was questing for a small jug - preferably in white bone china only to find small jugs are completely out of fashion. Hence, when a small jug came up in my set, I bought it.
Denby Cotswold Teacup
I only bought this to make up my set. Even though I never use them, it seemed silly not to have eight cups to go with the eight saucers and one cup had a broken handle, hence the purchase.
