Fantastic, honest, personal service. Exactly what a company should be.

This is at least the third time I have bought from Chinasearch. I can unreservedly recommend their service. The grading of the condition of the products appears to me to be very reliable. If it says 'very good condition' it seems to be virtually (or totally) unused. I have found the description of the pieces and measurements to be very accurate. On this last occasion I received a telephone call to tell me that, when checked for packing, one of the dishes had a small indentation in the underneath like a fingernail nail impression. Therefore they were downgrading it from 'very good' to 'black' and were therefore not going to charge me for it. The defect does not affect the appearance of the serving dish and I think it very unlikely that it will affect its performance or lifetime. This is a very thoughtful and honest approach and shows how much they care about sending out products that match their descriptions. As an added reason for buying from them they use only enough bubble wrap (if needed at all) to cover the product and the rest of the packaging is newspaper. I therefore cannot fault them and I do not make that comment very often as I am very critical.
