I'm piecing together a very old set of Denby china that I remember from the 1950s, and Chinasearch have been really helpful in this, coming up with items that I had despaired of ever finding. But what has impressed me more than anything is the quality of the china - this is really old china and it looks as if it came out of the kiln yesterday. The people at CS have been really helpful, and the china is always well packaged and always arrives in great condition.
Denby Manor Green Hot Pot + Lid
Very impressed with the quality of this Hot Pot. This is a very old Denby pattern - 1950s - but this pot is in what to my eye is mint condition and I couldn't be happier with it (I'm beginning to suspect that Chinasearch have a time machine). The pot itself is a great size - big enough to pot roast three good sized lamb shanks, which it does very well.
