Chinasearch made a note of my requirements and got in touch with me as soon as they received what I wanted. In this day and age such excellent customer service is hard to come by. I really thought that Chinasearch would not be able to meet my order so I was over the moon when I received the phone call confirming that they had located a spoon rest for me.

I have used this china on a daily basis for several years and have never had any chips/cracks etc despite washing it in the dishwasher. Unlike cheap china which tends to chip and crack after regular use - or like some cheaper mugs we purchased and the handles fell off after regular use.
