Having discovered that my dinner service is no longer available, and in the need of one cup and milk jug I Googled the product and Chinasearch came up. The order arrived promptly, but I had ordered the wrong size cup - there are 6 different ones! After a quick telephone call I was informed that I could return the wrong one at my expense and they would post out the correct size by return. As I was going to be away, I asked them to delay posting by a few days which they did. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. All round first class service.

Such a lovely dinner service - delighted that I could get a replacement for the one I broke. Have had the service for years so disappointed to find it is now longer available.
